The Importance of Employees’ Competencies: A Comparison between Educational and Business Perspective

Purpose: The purpose of the presented research is to evaluate whether employers’ expectations and needs related competencies potential employees are properly identified by educational institutions do responsible for education training know which considered significant business, if they not what areas discrepancies? Design/Methodology/Approach: was based on comparison between opinions managers companies operating in eastern Poland (381 cases), representatives institutions, universities, vocational, technical secondary schools located this area (389 cases).
